The Center for Colorado Women's History is a unique and intimate setting for parties, receptions, special events, conferences, and meetings. Its historic backdrop provides character and charm in an unforgettable setting.

The Center for Colorado Women's History is located in the heart of Denver's Golden Triangle Creative District, within walking distance of dozens of downtown amenities.

History Lab Gathering room for events, lectures, and screenings  - Daytime and evening availability
 - Capacity: 30 lecture style seated, 24 round table seated, 14 meeting table seated
 - Audio/video equipment with 100” screening included
 - Refreshments available for additional cost
Sudler Hornby Terrace Leafy outdoor patio nestled in the civic and artistic heart of the Golden Triangle. Feet from the Gardens and Historic House.  - Evening availability
 - Capacity: 75 standing, 24 seated
Anne's Sun Porch Intimate, off-grid, and historic second-floor enclosed porch. Perfect for small groups.  - Daytime availability
 - Capacity: 10 seated
Exhibit Gallery Festive entrance hall, a unique space for events and receptions.  - Evening availability
 - Capacity: 50 standing, 24 seated
Lady Lavender Tea Party Two hour event including private docent-led Women's History followed by tea seating in History Lab  - Available daily by reservation; inquire at least 3 months in advance of preferred date
 - Capacity: 20 seated
 - Two-course tea featuring museum signature Lady Lavender black tea, and savory and sweet fare prepared by local, woman-led caterer Miss Peabody’s Southern Tea Cakes
 - Price is all-inclusive, food prepared offsite, dietary requests must be made in advance and may have additional costs

Event Planning Steps:

  1. Fill out form available here: rental inquiry form
  2. Schedule a walk-through of the space with museum staff
  3. Confirm details (including catering, set-up, security, etc.)
  4. Pay reservation deposit
  5. Sign contract and pay in full a minimum of 2 weeks before event
  6. Enjoy the event!
